The fourth annual CAFNR Research Symposium was held Tuesday, Oct. 1, and included a poster session. Undergraduate and graduate students as well as postdocs contributed posters to the session. In total, 89 posters were exhibited.

Le Greta Hudson is a former Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty member. She has worked in many areas of dietetics. Le Greta has held positions with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic at the local and state levels. She is a former Chair of the Missouri State Committee of Dietitians licensure board and held an appointment as a Program Reviewer for the Academy’s Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. Secley Kennedy Honored with Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award

This spring, Staff Advisory Council and CAFNR colleagues gathered in Buck’s Ice Cream Place to surprise Secley Kennedy with the news that she had received the 2024 Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award – Clerical/Office.
