Clubs & Organizations

Build skills and friendships in 40+ CAFNR-specific clubs, organizations and leadership opportunities. Each program has activities tailored to its students, in addition to many college-wide opportunities. Getting involved is a great way to expand on classroom learning, meet others with similar interests — and have some fun along the way!

  • CAFNR Student Council (STUCO)
CAFNR STUCO is a group of student leaders representing students and student organizations throughout the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources. STUCO represents all CAFNR degrees and hosts activities including Fall Roundup and CAFNR Week.
  • CAFNR Ambassadors
The CAFNR Ambassadors work to promote our college’s scholarship, extracurricular activities, organizations and, above all, friendship. Many CAFNR degree programs also have Ambassador teams.
  • Financial Support for Student Organizations
CAFNR places a high value on professional development, leadership and experiential learning opportunities that occur outside “formal” learning environments. Student organizations provide a great avenue to expand upon classroom/laboratory learning, engage students with similar career and social interests, and leadership development. CAFNR will provide financial support to student organizations in support professional development programs, travel to professional conferences, leadership development programs, participation in competitive events and many more activities. Details and how to apply for funding (PDF)
  • Reserving Rooms
Clubs and orgs can reserve meeting space with 25Live
  • Digital Displays
Clubs and orgs are invited to use the CAFNR building digital displays for promotion. Design a simple slide in PowerPoint with when and where you meet, and why students should join. Export your slide as a PNG and send to CAFNR Marketing & Communications at cafnrweb@missouri.edu.

Interested in joining one of these clubs or orgs? Visit MU Engage to see current meeting times and officers, or talk to your advisor for more information on how to get involved!
