Dr. Kendall’s teaching centers on helping students see themselves as capable problem-solvers who can create value in the world. She designs highly experiential courses in sales and marketing that blend real-world projects, coaching-style feedback, and structured reflection so students build both skill and self-belief. A key focus of her teaching is creating environments where neurodivergent students can leverage their strengths, experience genuine belonging, and build empowering pathways for shaping their futures.
