Borlaug Fellowship Program
The USDA Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship Program provides opportunities for fellows from developing and middle-income countries to impact food security and economic growth in their home country. The fellows are provided training and collaborative research opportunities in the United States to honor the legacy of the man often referred to as the “father of the Green Revolution.”

Faculty Exchange Program
The Faculty Exchange Program (FEP) provides support for international faculty to develop and improve course curriculum, teaching skills and student assessment through semester long visits to the University of Missouri campus. This program is supported by the USDA FEP.
Scientific Exchanges Fellowship Program on SPS/TBT
The University of Missouri is hosting a pilot program funded by the Scientific Exchanges Fellowship Program, within the United States Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service. This program funds eight fellows to complete research training with a mentor at the University of Missouri on research related to sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) and technical barriers to trade (TBT) topics to support agricultural trade in the eligible countries. The program includes a visit from the U.S. mentor to the fellow’s home institution to continue collaboration.
