Tony Lupo, a professor of atmospheric science in the University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (CAFNR) School of Natural Resources (SNR), said the winter weather shouldn’t stray too far from last year’s winter, although it may be a tad bit cooler.
