Dr. Limberg’s Research Projects
The Nutrition and Exercise Physiology Department is recruiting healthy women with obesity that are non-nicotine users and between the ages of 18-45 for a research study. This project examines how blood flow changes in response to low oxygen (similar to sleep apnea) in individuals of normal weight or with obesity. This study has one 30-min screen visit via Zoom, one 1-hour in-person screen visit, and one 6-hour research visit at the Clinical Translational Research Unit. Participants will be compensated up to $250 after completion and provided cholesterol, blood sugar, and body composition results.
