Signature Experience

Study Abroad

One of the many unique experiences available for plant sciences students is a signature study abroad program. Learn about cut flowers and engage in hands-on design classes in Holland, explore Italy’s cultural heritage and the role it plays in developing sustainable food systems, or experience the natural beauty and agriculture of New Zealand.

Study Abroad
CAFNR students traveled to Italy and Holland during spring break for study abroad opportunities. The Italy program is focused on food, agriculture and sustainability, while the Holland program has students learn about the largest cut flower producer and exporter in the world. Sydney Baxter, a senior studying agricultural education, was one of the students who traveled to Holland. Photo courtesy of Sydney Baxter.
