Hospitality management PhD student Soojin Lee received third prize in the Chinese Association for Food Protection in North America student presentation competition. She delivered her presentation, titled “Food allergy or food intolerance? Exploring food safety practices among campus foodservice employees,” at the 2019 International Association for Food Protection meeting in Louisville, Kentucky, and shared research that she and her adviser, Pei Liu, conducted.
