The Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA) has selected Michelle Segovia, assistant professor of agricultural and applied economics, to participate in the Early Career Mentoring Workshop, a two-day event scheduled to follow the AAEA annual meeting and intended for professionals who have no more than five years of professional experience. Workshop participants will learn strategies to achieve research and teaching success, and they’ll benefit from working with mentors to develop their research programs and overall careers.
