What are your job duties/job responsibilities in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources?
I am the Director of Program Operations in RaFF, the Rural & Farm Finance Policy Analysis Center. RaFF is relatively new and we’re still growing. My role is a lot of behind-the-scenes support — I provide support for our researchers and help move projects forward, I manage the outward-facing components of RaFF like our website and social media and I help with HR and grant administration.
How long have you worked in CAFNR?
I started in RaFF just over a year ago, in June 2025.
What do you enjoy about working for CAFNR/Mizzou?
The people are what matters the most in any job and in all my years at Mizzou, I have always worked with awesome folks. Plus, getting to work on such a beautiful campus each day is also pretty great.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Outside of work, you can find me teaching Jazzercise or working on my family’s farmhouse that my husband, Greg, and I are renovating. And I love to read — fiction only! — when I can spare the time (and sometimes even when I can’t!).
What is something your co-workers/other CAFNR employees don’t know about you?
Many folks know that I am a CAFNR grad. But I’ve come full circle: I now work in the building where I spent most of my time as an undergrad! I also studied abroad at EARTH in Costa Rica. My husband did, too, and the photo is of us visiting the EARTH campus while on vacation in 2024.
