Emma Boase Receives Richardson-Applebaum Award for Best MS Thesis




At the 2019 Food Distribution Research Society Conference in Seattle, Emma Boase, recent alumna with a master’s degree in agricultural and applied economics, represented the McQuinn Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Division of Applied Social Sciences. She received the Richardson-Applebaum Award for Best MS Thesis on Food Distribution and Marketing. As the recipient of this year’s award, she received a plaque and cash scholarship, and during a presentation session, she shared highlights of her thesis, titled “How We Think Drives How We Taste: A Conjoint Analysis with Auction Mechanism and Consumption of Yogurt Products.”
