The Mizzou Staff Advisory Council honored 10 Outstanding Staff Awards recipients and those celebrating 40 years or more of service to Mizzou with a virtual celebration recently. The finalists and winners of the Outstanding Staff Awards were nominated by their peers for their exemplary service and dedication to Mizzou.

Cheryl Recker, a senior research and lab technician at the Horticulture and Agroforestry Research Center (HARC) in New Franklin, received the Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award — Technical/Paraprofessional. Recker graduated from CAFNR with a degree in plant sciences and has worked with CAFNR since 2017.
