CAFNR staff members gathered for the semester kickoff of the Dean’s Traveling Office Hours, a monthly event for staff to connect, on Sept. 29 in the Agriculture Building Courtyard.CAFNR alumni reunited and showed off vintage gear during the return of Barnwarmin’ in Trowbridge Livestock Arena on Oct. 9. The event brought together alumni, faculty, staff and students for a night of dinner, drinks, music and dancing.CAFNR faculty experts joined alum Tyne Morgan and the U.S. Farm Report College Roadshow for a live taping that highlighted Mizzou’s agricultural leadership and student enthusiasm.Members of the Johnny Morris Institute of Fisheries, Wetlands and Aquatic Systems connected with young attendees over a shared interest in water bugs at CAFNR Showcase at South Farm on Sept. 26.Students, faculty and staff came together to present research, share ideas and hear from experts Oct. 7 at the Sixth Annual CAFNR Research Symposium at Memorial Union.The MU Horticulture and Agroforestry Research Farm hosted its annual Missouri Chestnut Roast Festival on Oct. 10, bringing together students, faculty, staff and families for a day of music, crafts and food.
