Q: Why did you choose to pursue your major?
A:
I chose to major in biochemistry because I wanted to understand the actual processes that proteins, ions and molecules go through while in the body and how our body responds to changes.

Q: Were you involved in any extracurricular activities?
A:
I was heavily involved in research at the Thompson Laboratory for Regenerative Orthopedics at the Missouri Orthopedic Institute. I studied the tissues involved with ACL reconstruction. Q: Did you partake in any research, study abroad or internship opportunities? What did you enjoy about those experiences?

Q: What is a favorite memory you have during your time in CAFNR?
A:
My favorite memory of CAFNR would be meeting my friends in freshman lab of biochemistry and seeing the cows on Lowry Mall for Meet Your Meat.

A:
It let me learn about the body and molecular processes of the body.

Q: What are your future plans?
A:
I will be attending medical school. I have already been accepted into Saint Louis University School of Medicine, but will make the final decision in April.
