Research Summary

My research focus is energy, environmental, and natural resource law and policy. Specifically, I work in the areas of land use, water resources and water quality regulation, environmental justice, and indigenous peoples' natural resource rights. I am an attorney by training and practiced in government and private settings before coming to academia.
