Daniel’s primary areas of interest include market analysis of the U.S. livestock and dairy sectors, consumer food prices and expenditures and the economic situation of Missouri agriculture. Daniel has provided econometric modeling support to the efforts of agricultural market and policy analysis at the University of Missouri for over 25 years.
