Overview
Do you want to help people be healthy with food? Registered Dietitians are healthcare professionals who use the science of nutrition to assist people of all backgrounds and ages. They translate science into personalized nutrition plans for healthy eating, various conditions and general wellness. RDNs can work in hospitals, clinics, public health, food service, industry, and more.
The Coordinated Program (CP) is recognized as an accelerated program resulting in both a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
Students complete:
- Three years of prerequisites. This is considered the pre-dietetics sequence.
- Two years in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
Admittance to this program is a selective process. It is not a stand-alone master’s program or designed for individuals who already have their RDN, but may accommodate people with prior degrees.
