No-Ya Yu, master’s student in agricultural & applied economics, won the “Three Minute Thesis” competition at the 2021 Southern Agricultural Economics Association meetings. The title of her presentation was “Nudging meat eaters toward healthier and sustainable substitutes: An online supermarket experiment.”
