Jeff Case Named Director of Northern Missouri Research, Extension and Education Center
During his time leading students at MU, John Tummons, an assistant teaching professor of agricultural education and leadership, has earned numerous awards and honors – the most recent of which was CAFNR’s Golden Apple Award. The honor, which was given to Tummons during a surprise classroom visit in mid-April, is awarded to CAFNR teachers who go above and beyond in teaching and advising.

Ernie Verslues, president and CEO of MFA Incorporated, recently shared what he’s learned as a leader of a major company through CAFNR’s Executive-in-Residence program. Verslues was on the University of Missouri campus April 12-13, where he met with students through class lectures, roundtable discussions, one-on-one meetings and other informal interactions.
