Cultivating Diversity & Inclusion

On Monday, Nov. 8, the University of Missouri, along with universities across the country, will recognize the National First-Generation College Celebration Day and will celebrate the success of first-generation college students, faculty and staff. CAFNR is looking for faculty, staff and graduate students who would be interested in sharing their experiences as first-generation college students (defined as a student whose parents did not complete a four-year college degree).

Faculty, staff and graduate students can contact Logan Jackson (jacksonlb@missouri.edu) by Friday, Oct. 22, if they are interested in participating! Keep an eye out for CAFNR’s celebration via social media and the web next month.
