One distinguished alumnus of each of CAFNR's six divisions are recognized annually with this honor.

This CAFNR award is given to teachers and advisors who exhibit clarity, variability and enthusiasm in their instruction, and strong mentoring relationships with a broad knowledge base. Recipients are nominated by their divisions, and surprised while teaching with the honor. Recent recipients have included:
