CAFNR students explore the expanding Chinese food industry

In June, 20 Mizzou College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources graduate food science students will travel to one of China’s largest science universities to experience this wildly expanding market first hand. The visit is designed to prepare them for careers in a global food market where China is a major consumer and producer.
