MU Livestock Judging Team Finishes Spring Season Strong

The University of Missouri Livestock Judging Team finished off the spring contest season with a strong showing at the All-East Livestock Contest at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, La. The team finished fifth overall and earned numerous top-five team placings.

Matthew Price (junior, agricultural education) earned first place honors in Individual Beef. Cari Green (sophomore, animal sciences); Peyton Niemeier (junior, agricultural education); and Katelyn Robinson (junior, animal sciences) all earned top-10 finishes in select competitions as well.

Tawnie DeJong, instructor in the Division of Animal Sciences, coaches the team.
