Why did you want to become a CAFNR Ambassador? I wanted to become a CAFNR Ambassador so I would have a greater opportunity to tell students across the country why CAFNR is such a great “family” to be a part of.

What has been your favorite part of your degree program so far? My favorite part of the Agriculture Education and Leadership degree so far has been getting to connect with fellow future leaders of agriculture and build relationships with them that will last a lifetime.

Best study spot? In my opinion, the best study spot on campus is Ellis Library.

Best place for a snack or coffee? The best place for a snack on campus is Mizzou Market on Hitt Street.

Dream career? My dream career is to be back in the high school classroom as an agriculture educator and FFA Advisor.

What do you love about CAFNR? There are so many reasons why I fell in love with CAFNR. From my first tour as a high school junior to now (almost the end of my first semester as a CAFNR student), the faculty members at CAFNR have shown how much they care about the success of all their students.

What advice do you have for incoming students? Advice I have for incoming students is to get out of your comfort zones. Coming to a big university like Mizzou is intimidating, but if you step out of your bubble you truly will have the best time of our life here at Mizzou. Don’t be afraid to try new things and meet as many people as possible.
