Why did you want to become a CAFNR Ambassador? I wanted to become a CAFNR Ambassador so I could play a role in getting future Tigers excited to join CAFNR. I know I was nervous to come to college, but through CAFNR Ambassadors I hope to ease the nerves of incoming and transfer students.

What has been your favorite part of your degree program so far? I have enjoyed the diversity in opportunities the Agriculture Education degree program has to offer. I am exploring various facets of the agriculture industry through courses that interest me and alongside staff that have a vested interest in my success.

What do you love about CAFNR? CAFNR provides an atmosphere for students to learn in ways that best suit their needs. Whether that be through hands-on learning experiences, visiting with industry professionals, or even through professional internships; CAFNR will find a way that ensures every student will be successful in their academic and professional career.

What advice do you have for incoming students? Network! Introduce yourself to your professors, classmates, CAFNR faculty, MU alumni, and industry professionals. The opportunities CAFNR provides, as far as people, is one of a kind, so take time to be present in every individual in every moment.
