Research

Currently, Dr. Westgren’s research is focused on collective entrepreneurship for agri-food producers and processors; economic models of innovation and entrepreneurial action; and inter-firm strategy for agri-food firms, especially short-chain food marketing systems (local foods, food hubs, farm-to-table).
