Dr. Cook’s research emphasizes cooperative firm theory and economic design of the cooperative life cycle framework with interest in identifying solutions to organizational inefficiencies. Cook leads the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership (GICL), providing research oriented executive education programs for senior management and boards of directors for U.S. and international cooperatives.
