Learn the basics of planning and operating an event such as a wedding, small dinner party, business meeting or a large-scale event. Practice event coordination skills through hands-on experience.

Food & Beverage Management

Whether in the back of the house preparing gourmet meals or in the front of the house entertaining guests, your degree will provide the skills necessary to successfully manage a restaurant, an institutional food service establishment or a full service catering business.

Lodging Management
