Avi Rathnakumar is an MU alumni who has had an extensive career in the hospitality and restaurant industry. He made the decision to attend the University of Missouri, and graduated with his degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management in 2003. However, this was only the beginning of what would soon be an outstanding career.
