Recently, Mizzou Biochemistry faculty received a grant from the National Institute for Health for a Chirascan V100 circular dichroism (CD) spectrometer. The new spectrometer will help evaluate macromolecular stability.

March 3 was the CAFNR/Arts & Sciences Virtual Career Fair. Nearly 80 organizations registered, and students had almost 400 appointments set with employers.

On March 3, the virtual Eat Mo Carp event with researcher Mark Morgan featured the short documentary film, “Trash to Treasure,” and then a panel discussion about how invasive Asian carp could alleviate global hunger and malnutrition.
