Minor Curriculum
Requirements
  • Rural Sociology 1000 or Sociology 1000.
  • Twelve credit hours in rural sociology required (not including Rural Sociology 1000).
  • Nine credit hours at or above the 3000 level in rural sociology required.

  • Rural Sociology 3235: Global Perspectives and Realities (3)
  • Rural Sociology 3940: Practicum (3) must be approved by Rural Sociology adviser chair
  • Rural Sociology 3085: Problems (3) must be approved by Rural Sociology adviser chair
  • Rural Sociology 3301: Topics in Rural Sociology (3) must be approved by Rural Sociology adviser chair
